Q.1 Prior Yoga Experience
Our classes are suitable for beginners and intermediate practitioners. So you can join even if you're new to yoga.

Q.2 Can I Join from First Trimester?
For first trimester we have garbhasanskara classes, you can comfortably join those. After completing 12 weeks of pregnancy & taking doctors approval you can join prenatal yoga classes as well.

Q.3 Diff between Live & Rec Yoga?
Live classes are held on zoom under the guidance of teachers. Recorded classes are a set of zoom recorded sessions that is provided to participants to be practiced at their convenience.

Q.4 GS & Prenatal Yoga Together?
Yes! Garbhasanskara classes are suitable for all three trimesters of pregnancy and prenatal yoga is suitable for 2nd & 3rd trimester. So you can do garbhasanskara classes in the first trimester and prenatal yoga+ Garbhasanskara in 2nd & 3rd trimester

Women's health yoga classes are suitable for all those trying to conceive, working on hormonal balancing, pcod/pcos/thyroid, gut health & weight management. Any women planning to conceive or just want to take care of her health can join these classes.
